quick training fun

ok this is a video of me training with my coach marcello monteiro. hes pretty freaking awesome at bjj not going to lie. so this is the first day back training from the school being closed for the holidays.



there were like 4 of us there and we were all just excited to be back and marcello decided to train so this wasa my attempt!
